Professional Experience: Kateřina worked as a junior scientist in research of organometallic catalysts at the Institute of Chemical Process Fundamentals of the AS CR. In 2003, she joined INVENTIA s.r.o., an IP consultancy and patent attorney private practice. She qualified as a Czech Patent, Design and Trademark Attorney in 2006 and passed the European Qualifying Examination in 2012. Kateřina completed the Czech Industrial Property Education Institute in 2005 and the CEIPI Course on Patent Litigation in Europe in 2016.  Kateřina is the founding partner of HARBER IP s.r.o.

Education: Kateřina graduated in chemistry from Faculty of Natural Science of Charles University in Prague

Other Activities: Kateřina lectures at the Czech Industrial Property Education Institute, has coauthored the Commentary on the Czech Patent Act, and authored several articles on IP protection strategy. She is an epi Tutor, an epi Coach and a tutor for CEIPI Basic Training Course as well as for EQE Preparatory Courses. Kateřina is also a member of the epi Professional Education Committee, representing the Czech Republic.
